- Orders, Payment & Delivery -

Please note that all our bespoke jewellery and casts are handmade in the UK and most items on our website are made specially to order, therefore we ask that you please be aware of our delivery times which are indicated for each product.

For all our jewellery please allow a possible 2-3 working weeks* from the date that you place your order and make payment until your jewellery is dispatched for delivery.  For fingerprint engraved items, please allow 2-4 working weeks from the date that we have received usable fingerprints and payment.

For our fine jewellery and bespoke items please allow a possible 4-6 working weeks* from the date that you confirm designs and make payment.

For our casts please allow up to 18 working weeks* from the date that you place your order and make payment until your casts are despatched for delivery.  Please allow an extra 2-3 working weeks for engraving and/or plating.

UK delivery for jewellery is free of charge.  We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, next day delivery** service which requires a signature upon receipt.

UK delivery for casts starts at £30 for a pair of casts.  We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, next day** delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt.  If there is more than one pair of casts or it is a heavier item such as a pair of holding hands, it is calculated according to weight.  Collection from us in London SW16 is free of charge.

*We will do our best to deliver within the times indicated, however they are for general guidance only and we cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

**Please note, that although this is a next day delivery service, your jewellery or casts have to be made, so the next day is from the date of despatch, not the date that the order is placed.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been despatched.  

International delivery: We charge for international delivery, please contact us on customercare@philippaherbert.co.uk for a quotation. Our website automatically removes UK VAT from the total and will give you different shipping options at check out. We make sure that each order is sent via a fully tracked and insured service. Please note import duty applied by the country of import is responsibility of the client and not Philippa Herbert’s.
Our ink kits and ring sizers are sent free of charge via standard international post. If you would like your ink kit sent using a tracked service, do get in touch and we will provide you with a quote for the different services available (FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce, UPS, etc)

Returns Policy: Philippa Herbert Ltd. accepts returns and exchange requests made within 14 working days from when the goods have been received by you or a third party.  Items returned must be in perfect, new and unused condition with all its original packaging.  We will not accept any items that bear any signs of use. Returns received after the 14-day period and up to 28 days will only be accepted at the discretion of Philippa Herbert Ltd for a credit note.  A credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.  Returns received after the 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for engraved jewellery & gifts, bespoke jewellery & gifts or casts.
