To process your orders and deliver your purchases we need your name and contact details as well as your payment information, we will not hold onto any payment details once a purchase has been made, for your security this information will need to be re-inputted by you if you make further purchases.

Keeping hold of your information:
We will hold onto your information for as long as you have your account with Philippa Herbert Ltd or as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you.
As part of our work it may be necessary for us to retain and securely store sensitive information given to us by our clients for the purposes of creating bespoke jewellery and castings. We will never share this information with anyone outside of Philippa Herbert Ltd. It is our practise to retain this information for a reasonable period of time in case of repeat/replacement orders as requested by our clients. We will hold onto your information if necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may need to keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide services to you. You have the rights to access the personal information we hold about you and you have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we have. You have the right to request that we delete your data, stop direct marketing messages.
